Sweet Dreams Spray

Having trouble sleeping?  Having trouble staying asleep?  Essential oils can help!

I have a 14 year old daughter who has always been afflicted with night terrors and sleep walking- that's fun for everyone in the house at 2am.  She has gotten out of bed and walked around our house screaming.  She has woken up on the couch, on the bathroom floor, under the dining room table and several other places.  She will stand beside family members beds and cry for no reason.  We even installed a security system when she was 5 so that we could be sure she didn't wander outside while we were all sleeping!  I have tried several remedies to get her to sleep through the night: no caffeine, no sugar after 6pm, Melatonin, etc.  What I have found that works the best is a mix of essential oils that I call "Sweet Dreams Spray".  I have also made it for my 4 year old and labeled it "Monster Spray".  I spray it around her room and onto her bed at night and she knows that it will keep all monsters away while she sleeps so she loves for me to use it.  I love the it helps to keep her in her bed all night and keep her out of mine.  Don't get me wrong I love to snuggle with her but she often sleeps sideways and upside down and that just doesn't work for me.

The spray is so easy to make.  Just grab a 4oz spray bottle and fill it 90% full of water.

Add 10 drops of Lavender EO, 10 drops of Serenity Blend and 5 drops of Juniper Berry EO.

Simply shake and then spray on your pillows, bed and/or around the room at bedtime.   I love the way this spray smells and love even more the way it helps my family.  I hope that it can help yours too!
