Valentine's Ideas

This Sunday is Valentine's Day and the kids will be exchanging Valentine's goodies with their classmates over the next few days.  My little girl will be bringing a Valentine for each student in her class as well as treats for their class party but my big girls have outgrown this ceremony.  The big girls did want to bring Valentine's gifts for a few of their closest girlfriends though... this is what we made!

My eldest had me bake kiss cookies.  We put 5 cookies in each little baggie and attached a message that reads, "Friendship is the sweetest thing... but chocolate is a close second! Happy Valentine's Day!"

My middle girl wanted a variety of treats.  Style 1:  Tic-tac-toe cards and tic tacs.  Style 2: Extra gum on a card that reads, "You're an extra awesome valentine."   Style 3: a bag of popcorn with a label reading, "I am so happy that you popped into my life."  Teachers gift:  A highlighter attached to a card that reads, "You are the HIGHLIGHTer of my day."

The little kids get Valentines Pink M&M cookies.  Yummy!
