Kirk's Green Chili Recipe

My husband has created a super yummy green chili recipe and I would like to share it!

Ingredients:
     3 pounds pork tenderloin, cubed
     2 medium onions, chopped
     28 ounces chicken broth
24 oz bottle medium green salsa
5- 20 oz cans diced mild green chilis
     14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
10 oz  can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis
     14 oz can tomato sauce

Spice Mix Ingredients:
     6 teaspoons minced garlic
5 tablespoons chicken base (He suggests Better than Base brand)
     2 teaspoons celery salt
     4 tablespoons flour
     4 teaspoons oregano
     2 tablespoons cumin
     6 tablespoons diced jalapeno
     2 tablespoons dried cilantro

Directions:
     1. Brown pork and drain.
     2. Add onion and chicken broth, simmer 1 hour stirring often.
     3. Add spice mix and green chili salsa, stir and simmer 1 hour.
     4. Add diced chiles, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and rotel.  Fill empty tomato sauce
can with water and add to the pot.  Simmer one more hour.  Enjoy!

We like to eat it with tortillas dipped into the green chili or poured over scrambled eggs.  How do you serve green chili?
